TempMails.co provides disposable, receive-only email inboxes for short-term use. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Permitted & prohibited use

• Use the service lawfully and responsibly.
• Prohibited: spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, impersonation, distributing malware, violating third-party rights, or any illegal activity.
• We may block or delete inboxes and content suspected of violating these rules.

4. Content & retention

Emails delivered to temporary inboxes are stored briefly to display to you and then auto-deleted (default: 1 hour). You are solely responsible for any content you choose to open or act upon.

5. Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or delivery from third-party mail servers.

6. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempMails.co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TempMails.co from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for suspected violations or operational reasons.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law
